After School Program

PLC Afterschool is the after-school program located at Pearland Learning Center for students K-5 th grades. In addition to pick up and snack time, students will have the option to participate in one of the following activities daily:

HOMEWORK HELP

Now more than ever, students have a mountain of homework to complete daily. To help our students complete their homework before returning home for dinner and some time to relax, we offer homework help for all grade levels, every day.

REGISTRATION

Registration begins April 15, 2018. Spaces are limited for each grade, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations will be processed by order of receipt and will continue until all spaces are filled.

To register, please complete a registration form, medical form, and pickup authorization. You will receive a confirmation of enrollment via email once all the necessary information is received.

HOURS AND PICK-UP POLICY

PLC Afterschool will pick up students from the designated area at their school and taken to the Pearland Learning Center Campus. All students must be picked up by 6 PM, after which a $1 per minute late fee will be imposed.

All students must enroll for five days a week. They may select an activity of their chase – based on availability – each day.

SIBLING DISCOUNTS

All siblings will be given a 5% discount on overall tuition.

CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND ABSENCES

Once the term starts, no refunds will be awarded. If cancelling enrollment prior to the start of the term, a refund may be processed for a $100 administrative fee per student.

If PLC Afterschool cancels a class, a full refund will be granted.

No refunds or make-ups are granted for student absences.

TUITION AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

The cost of the program is $100 per week. Two payment options are available:

  • Full-term payment and monthly installments.
  • Full-term payment can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card.

Monthly installment payments will be processed via credit card on the first day of each month. To cancel a monthly installment, a 30-day notice must be provided in writing to PLC.
